Admission Procedure

Inquiry:

• Parents or guardians interested in admitting their child to Beachwood School are encouraged to visit our campus or contact the admissions office to gather information about the admission process, curriculum, facilities, and any other relevant details.

Application:

• Complete the online or offline admission application form available on our website or at the school's admissions office. Ensure that all required fields are accurately filled out, and all necessary documents are attached.

Submission of Documents:

• Birth certificate of the student
• Transfer certificate (if applicable)
• Previous academic records/report cards
• Passport-sized photographs of the student
• Any other documents requested by the school

Entrance Assessment:

• Depending on the grade level, students may be required to undergo an entrance assessment or evaluation to determine their readiness for admission. The assessment may include tests in English, Mathematics, and other relevant subjects.

Interaction/Interview:

• Shortlisted candidates and their parents may be invited for an interaction session or interview with school officials. This interaction allows us to get to know the student and their family better and assess their compatibility with our school's values and culture.

Admission Decision:

• Admission decisions are based on the student's performance in the entrance assessment, interview, availability of seats, and other relevant factors. The decision of the admissions committee is final and communicated to the parents/guardians in a timely manner.

Fee Payment:

• Upon confirmation of admission, parents/guardians are required to pay the admission fee and any other applicable fees within the stipulated timeframe to secure the student's place at Beachwood School.

Orientation:

• Newly admitted students and their parents are invited to attend an orientation session, where they will receive important information about school policies, procedures, curriculum, and extracurricular activities.

Commencement of Classes:

• Once the admission process is completed, students officially join Beachwood School and can begin attending classes according to the academic calendar.

Ongoing Support:

• The admissions office and school administration are available to provide assistance and support to new students and their families throughout the transition process and beyond.

Transfer Students:

• For students transferring from other schools, additional documentation such as transfer certificates, academic transcripts, and migration certificates may be required as per the guidelines of the respective education boards.
